1. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. 2. Phòng cực kì mát. Mình vào phòng, chỉ bật mỗi quạt treo tường mà cứ như bật máy lạnh rồi. 3. Không ở chung nhà với chủ nên rất thoải mái giờ giấc.
