Robin House

The location on our taste was perfect and quite. The communication with the owner was also quick and without problems. The bed was comfortable

Even thought we had A/C it was quite hot in the room

Location was good short walk over the bridge to the main drag. The water heater needs about 10mins to heat up.

Apartment above was noisy till late one night and then I could hear someone regretting their drinking choices. It was grubby, particularly the bathroom. I swept my room and under the bed ( had not been done in a good long while found confetti and some red material). I asked the cleaning girls for some cleaning things so I could clean it myself.

Super clean and helpful

I loved my stay at Robin House! I had initially booked two nights but extended for an extra night. The self check in was very straight forward and the host Luan was great at communicating everything I needed to know and was always at hand if I had any questions. He even kindly took me to the airport when I left for a small fee. The room was very spacious, clean and in a quiet area. I was able to use the washer & dryer downstairs for a small cost which was very handy. It was only a 10 min walk into the main centre where all the restaurants, bars and shops are, and the locals around the accomodation are so friendly. I would 100% recommend Robin House and I would love to stay there again next time I'm back in Hue! :)

Nothing! Everything was great.

The place is really good. A quiet location but near the city center. There is a nice cafe 3 min from the house by foot. The room is comfortable and cozy, completely new. The shower is clean. Also you can find an iron, a hair dryer and a kettle there. The owner is extremely sweet, let me do the laundry and keep my stuff after the check out

Everything was perfect! Maybe a couple of tee cups would be good. There are only glasses in the room. But I think the owner will provide it if you ask

The room is clean and nice. The owner is very communicative and helpful. She let us check in early with a small fee and provide additional services (bike rent/ airport car).

The hosts were extremely kind, friendly, and easy-going. The location is not far from many tourist sites. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We chose the cheapest room option and it is quite spacious. It was equipped with a hairdryer, laundry set, and an electric mosquito swatter. which is nice. Warm decorations and lightning. They have overall good hygiene. The toilet is similar to what was posted in the pics except for the lack of a basin inside the toilet. They also offer motorbike renting services. We could borrow their helmets for free. The check-in and check-out procedures are modern and can be done online via Zalo. They also provide laundry service that you can use the washing and dryer machines yourselves at the cheap price of 50K VND/time (7-8kg clothes). We can also freely use the kitchen, which has a fridge, a water boiler, and other kitchenware.

As we chose the cheapest option and it is located inside the kitchen, we felt it's a bit stuffy but it also gave us more privacy than the other two rooms outside on the 1st floor. We cannot open the window cuz it is on the lane's wall, if we open it, people from outside can take a look into our room. The toilet is clean but its small ventilation window is also on the lane's wall and we feel like people from outside can hear us talking while taking a shower. Besides, the basin is in the main room, instead of in the toilet. We don't really think they have a good soundproof system cuz we can hear a lot of noises from outside or from upstairs, though they aren't annoying or loud. The open wardrobe in the room is not clean and there are also mosquitoes inside the room, however, not a big deal. The other two rooms on the 1st floor might not be greatly convenient options as they have only one main glass door facing the main way, so it's hard to open the curtain and let people look into your room. All in all, it's a good option for such price and location, cannot complain much. It's good to give it a try for a short trip, and the room on the 2nd floor seems to be a better option with more privacy.
