Lhachik Guest House

I had an excellent experience staying at Lhachik Guesthouse. I had only planned to stay for a few days prior to trekking, but do to an injury ended up staying for about weeks and am very happy I did. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. They have a comfortable rooftop with great views and good chai is always available. Dinner is available at a reasonable price and is excellent. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood within close walking distance to everything of interest. It will be the first place I look to stay next time I am in Leh.

Great place to stay for solo, couples, friends, families! Located in a quiet area, 15 mins walk from the market, overlooking the mountains, Lhechik guesthouse is a great choice. Singe, the owner, is truly a lovely person. He was always very responsive and helped with anything, including the planning of my trip. The guesthouse is super clean, the bed is very comfortable, hot water, and delicious dinner! Overall, a great choice. Btw, Singe also has another guesthouse, Jig Gyas, where I stayed for a few nights. Same high standards!

Beautiful guest house with a comfy rooftop terrace. Perfect for summer days in Leh. Most friendly staff. Felt welcomed every step of the way. Great dinner too!

The place was clean and beautiful, wonderful view from our room., wonderful roof top with lovely view. Excellent meals, very nice family. The owner helped us with everything We need including transportation in fair prices.
