This is a very good homestay! Clean ,quiet,good location and host is very nice!Every day with different local breakfast, and it taste good, I love it.The host is so kind and helpful!

Didn't like anything . Very bad experience

Didn't like anything. From the room to the attitude of the hosts to the location. It's not mentioned here but it's located inside an alley where vehicle cannot reach so you have to walk quite a distance with luggage. Not a good idea because we had luggage. Had i known this, i would have avoided this place. I don't know how this place got good reviews. Damp and stinky rooms and stinky bathrooms. Ants everywhere in bathroom . They put some medicine it seems in the bathroom of one of our rooms on our 2nd night and the smell was unbearable. We arrived late and then next day early morning by 4 am we had to leave so we had to tolerate that. They dont know how to use medicine or how to clean it properly so that the smell goes away. People can fall sick for God's sake. Blankets were itchy . My friend got rashes after our first night there so we stopped using it. Budget wasn't an issue for us. We checked reviews and based on reviews We booked our stays across Bali but this was an utter disappointment. First thing the host said after showing the room was that it's a homestay, don't expect hotel level service. And then he kept saying that in every interaction. We thought of complaining about the bad condition of the room but then we knew what's going to be his response. It clearly shows that they are aware about the condition of their property but not ready to improve. Breakfast was only omlette. They cant even serve it with bread. Overall a pathetic experience. So if your budget is not too tight then please book somewhere else. We regretted every minute we spent there right from the time we arrived. Very disappointed with the reviews here on booking.com. Not at all reliable.

we stayed for one night as unable to extend our previous stay before getting the ferry. the host family were so helpful and let us drop our bags off as soon as we checked out of our previous stay. offered to help with booking but we had already done so. room was very comfortable and the view was lovely

Amazing room!

I am lucky to have the corner room with sunrise view. Do see monkeys escape from the Monkey Forest and jumped on the roof. Located in a quiet laneway, Cocomart is just a few minutes away. Living with a local family is a great experience, and it makes feel like home.

The weather is around 21 degrees and I do need a hot shower at the end of the day, but the water temperature is not hot enough.
