Undis Homestay

I am very glad that I chose a 'Homestay' as accommodation in Ubud. I liked the atmosphere of the place, the pretty garden, the lovely family and neighbours. They were always so welcoming, polite and kind. Wayan's father always greeted me with a big smile and I loved seeing the son flying kite from the balcony. The location is really convenient: supermarkets, bankomats, cafes (live music at the Otokafe), warungs (Ubud Warung was my favourite), the Yoga barn and many interesting sites are just in walking distance. The monkey forest is also close by and sometimes the macaques are visiting the neighbourhood. I enjoyed observing them while they were walking on the roofs or playing on the trees. The accommodation offers water refill for a tiny charge / donation. In this way one does not need to buy a new (plastic) bottle every day. It was also great that Wayan has a taxi service and he could take me to the airport at the end of my trip. Thank you for everything and I hope one day I can stay at your place again.

Great spot away from all the noise of ubud main street but only a short walk to get to it. Good breakfast in the morning to get you going and coffee making facilities in the room. Wayan and his family are warm and friendly and able to arrange anything you need. Stayed in room 1 overlooking a part of the rice fields and was a great view

Amazing and very kind family. The room was clean, very nice and with a spectacular view. I've stay for a month and it was the best decision.

I loved the spacious bright room and the terrace. Different breakfast everyday, always very nice. Despite being in the center, it’s very calm and surrounded by trees. Clean room, hot shower, good WiFi (I work online and it was okay even for calls). Great central location especially if you don’t have a scooter, close to shops and restaurants. Free coffee and tea in the room. Wayan and his wife were both amazing hosts.

Be aware that there’s no ac, but the fan worked well for me :)

This place is so nice. The view is beautiful and the rooms are so comfy with lots of natural light. You can watch sunrise and sunset on the terrace ugh I wanted to stay here forever. The breakfast is so good and changes everyday! The family is so sweet and helpful and they even made me a special breakfast when I told them I was gluten free. 🫶🏼

We got lucky and stayed in room 1 on the corner. The views out of the room make you feel like you’re in the mountains and you can hear so many birds! Breakfast is fantastic and they bring it up to your patio to enjoy. Great location!!!
