great location only a couple minutes walk away from the centre of Ubud. The accomodation is budget friendly and basic, but has everything you need. The rooms are big,clean and you have your own balcony that is nice to sit on and have your breakfast, which is included in the price. Good shower pressure/ temperature and fan. The staff are super friendly, I only booked for two nights and ended up saying four. I would come back again. :)

there was a hole in the front door covered by toilet paper. The tiles on the floor were lifting and chipping off.

I had no window room, so the air in the room was stiffy, there's only a curtain between room itself and a bathroom

we stayed for 5 nights and we really liked the location and how the staff treated us. This is totally worth it for what you pay so if you want something fancy don’t go there but elsewhere. this place is for people that can appreciate and stay in a normal place. the breakfast was included and very very good and the staff was always welcoming us nicely. I recommend this place

the bathroom doesn’t have a door but only a curtain but I’ve seen worse so it’s okay
