Worst place I've ever been!! the woman from Java tried to extort money from me for a painting far from my room that had fallen down during the night and no one had seen me do it. think it was them themselves. she refused to say who the boss was but finally got to talk to some woman on the phone who the woman from java said was her boss. been to bali 10 times and all over the world and never had any problems. The woman I finally got to talk to on the phone asked how much assets I had and said the painting was worth a trillion, if I didn't pay they would call the police, then got another option to leave the hotel. went on booking.com and saw that every room was booked. 10 days later I saw that I was checked into the hotel even though I had to take another cheap hotel in the middle of town where I really didn't want to stay, so I went there. the woman was not there but a man who could not speak English. showed it to him and also noticed that someone was living in my room. the man confirmed it. What she did is illegal in so many ways. 5 hours later it said on booking.com that I checked out the day after I arrived. have not recovered the money I paid for the expensive accommodation, and I also found 2 bedbugs in the suitcase. Don't stay there if you want a good holiday, mine is ruined. being blackmailed for money is not fun as a single Swede. will make one last attempt to get my money back, then I will involve the police. Also asked why I should have done that, because maybe you were angry at the board, I got the answer. They are pure criminals

So dirrty, and ıncomfortable. Never again

Beds are dirty, bathroom dirty, room dirty with bugs. İt was like a nightmare

They were very helpful and helped me when I needed it

The hotel is in a good location, I loved the breakfast, and there was hot water. The staff is welcoming

The walls are thin, and flow of tap water is low
