The staff was really nice. Breakfast was amazing.

Only one plug to charge phone in the room. The bed had mites so I had to share a bed with my friend.

Location.

False advertising of what the place is and provides. It was a small room, not a bungalow. And sandwiched between other rooms. No privacy. From my door, I could see inside five other rooms whenever someone opened their door, if they opened their curtain for light, you could absolutely see everything inside. They claim to provide a desk in the rooms. There was no desk. When I enquired about the laundry service they claim to offer, they rudely said they didn't.

The family holding the house is really kind and open. I enjoyed the fact of having my own space, with my own bathroom 👌 the breakfast are really good, with fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs 😻 This place is in the center near Ubud palace and lots of restaurants/activities around.

I was given the worst room I've ever been given. Damp smell, black mold. Very uncomfortable. The room I booked was supposed to have a balcony and garden view, but there was none of that. The family was very friendly, but I would never stay in this depressing room. There was an empty room next to me, but slightly better. Why wasn't I offered it? I feel unfair. The internet didn't work near me at all. Unfortunately I arrived very late and tired after the plane, I didn't have the energy to change accommodations.
