Nice place to stay for few nights in the heart of Ubud. Big room with fan and comfy beds. Nice balcony outside the room ( we stayed on the upper floor ). Breakfast included on the price ( for Vegan, fruit salad + coffee ). Nice and helpful owners.

Location was central, which is the only good thing about this place.

The place is so run down with mould on doors, bathroom drainage with no cover so you can see a big hole all the way, room smells, ants on bed, spider web on ceiling, army of ants eating a big spider in the bathroom as soon as we walked in the room. Next door is really close and walls are so thin that you can hear every single thing they do or talk. Worst part is that I accidentally overpaid because they don't take card and the lady added one extra zero when she showed me the price on the calculator so instead of paying 36,000 rupiah, which is the cost on booking.com, I ended up paying 360,000 rupiah. There was no trace of payment so I didn't realize that initially. Partially my bad because I should have checked the booking.com price to match what she's asking. But I assumed people here are trustworthy, which is a bit careless of me. I only realized on the last day morning that I have overpaid because I remember counting 36 pieces of 100,000 rupiah notes. So I went to see the lady for a refund and surprisingly she didn't try to argue with me. She said she accidentally overcharged because she has another guest who has the same name as me, which I thought is a bit convenient. FYI, my name is very unique because it's in Burmese and no way there's another guest in same name as me. I didn't make it a huge problem because I got my money back but be careful.

Staying at this resort was the worst experience I had during my entire Bali trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I liked, but other than that, I didn't like anything about this resort.

Friends, there were a lot of lizards in my room. Even if you closed the door and window, the gap between the doors was so wide that there was a huge chance a mouse I saw in the garden could get in, so I was terrified. During my stay, a family was staying next door and they were constantly talking, and because the building was old, the insulation was so poor, I could only sleep when they stopped. The bathroom was filthy, and the sheets and bedding were so old, I didn't want to cover myself with any of them. There was construction right in front of the facility, and because construction started so early in the morning, I couldn't sleep at all. There's a market where the facility is located during the day, but when the market is closed at night, the street feels deserted, so I was afraid to go there at night. I didn't even consider the breakfast service because it didn't seem like a hygienic place to eat.

So friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. All tours can be booked directly from here for a decent price. Breakfast included was good and delivered to our balcony any time between 7-11am.

Basic bathroom but great for the price

All the staff was really very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the bed was comfy.

Some lack of maintenance and cleaning, You could hear some noise coming from the windows that had only nets.
