Great view and helpful staff. The place is a small house in mountains with a big terrace. The view was spectacular. There’re no shops or restaurants around, but the staff cooks for you on request. The food was delicious.

Hard to reach, you need transport. The room itself is rather small.

View and location is awesome

Location - The location is secluded, scenic and away from the chamba city hustle. Those who're bored of or do not like the usual hotel stays in markets and main roads, will love it. The place is not just to stay but to chill at. You'll feel yourself connected) synced with the nature and surroundings. While you'll wake up with hooter sounds (kukduku) nearby in the morning, the deers sounds in the evening or night will give you a jungle feel (safe though). You'll adore the different species of plants and flowers in the property land and garden. View of mountains, valley and sunset is surreal. Room is kinda cute, cozy, well presented and maintained. The host Anshul and care taker Vinod were awesome, humble, friendly and attentive. Food - Food was really good. Along with a few snacks, I ordered pahadi chicken curry which was freshly prepared by Vinod bhai. We were two people and ate a full chicken. Spicy, fresh, tender, well cooked and served with bonfire (chargable). You can enjoy drinks(bring your own) and food with a bonfire in peace. Simba - Owner's pet Husky is friendly and loves to play with you. Why will the like-minded people not visit that place again and again? No reason!

If it's a 9.5, a room heater will definitely make it a 10. May be they provide it in harsh winters like Dec Jan. Though provided quilt is enough thick to keep you warm. Fan and cooler are already there.

The staff working there are amazing. The owner is not at all supportive.

The location of the property is the best thing about it. The moment you open your eyes you see mountains and the stars. Just so serene.

Beautiful location and view from the balcony and room. Very safe environment. The cook and care taker at the place are very warm and welcoming . The food was great indeed.

The water pressure is not great for taking bath.

Great view - nice room with cosy lights, cute bathroom and great terrace. Also the staff did everything to serve and assist you where needed .I loved the food they cooked for me. The butter panneer massala tasted very fresh! They put me in contact with a nice driver, who showed me around. We went for example to Surkanda devi temple and chandrabadni temple, with gorgeous and very elevated locations. It felt so peaceful there. I highly recommend this cosy guesthouse!

Great offbeat destination for a perfect weekend getaway. If you want to chill and relax it's the perfect place. Great view of snow clad mountains from surkanda devi temple which was nearby. Water sports were also available at Tehri dam which approx 20-25 mins from the stay. Overall a good experience.

Food was great but some items could have been made better.
