Easy check-in and credit card payment is available and the receptionist speaks some english. The room is big enough for 2 people if you book the 15m2 one. The bathroom is smallish but well put together. The lighting is warm and cozy, and the curtains offer almost full blackout. Enough electricity outlets. The bed is very comfortable and will keep you warm in the colder nights of this city. There is no AC but you will not need it as it is not hot or too cold to need heater. Breakfast is 730 to 930am and offers plenty of vegetarian options to choose from, there is also tea and coffee. There is the possibility to park your scooter inside the building so it is safe during night time.

The first day there was no hot water in the bathroom so I had to take a freezing cold shower before they could fix it. Sleeping quality time is very short, there is a lot of noise until midnight, and then it starts again at 6am/7am. The room is not soundproof at all so you can hear everything very clearly, thus preventing you from getting any sleep out of the 6 hour window mentioned before. Other guests need to be more respectful. Too many noisy youngsters. The humidity in the room is quite high so you feel the clothes, towels and bed linen damp all the time. There is a fee of 20k dong if you want to use the common kitchen.
