Da Lat Lemongrass - Đà Lạt Sả

The room and location are great, the staff, are the best! I came down with a bout of food poisoning from some street food, I was so sick that I could only move from the bed to the bathroom. I messaged reception and they immediately bought me water and made me some lovely ginger tea, they even went and got me some medication and checked in on me from time to time. They were amazing! Thank you so much Min, you are a goddess and an angel 😇

I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, a bit more than most probably, there were smokers right outside my door sometimes... but that is Vietnam, I'm here to enjoy the lovely country, not to complain 🙏

I really loved it here! It had some soul to it and felt very homely. I stayed in the twin room, it was really big and had a nice sleep here.

Stuff was super friendly and helped us have an extra room for the night because we arrived earlier than expected. Both rooms we had were very clean! Plus, there is breakfast there, and for the price it's really good!

Firstly we were charged an extra 100,000 VND per person to check in early, nowhere in all of 3 weeks of travel across Vietnam have we been charged to check in early as our overnight bus came in early. The room is small, no A/C and in our private bathroom we could hear the next door neighbour’s bathroom. One of the receptionist is friendly and helped us book our bus to Mui Ne, the other receptionist is not. Secondly, the breakfast is not good. The little girl who was preparing it tied up her hair several times and did not wash her hands before making our breakfast, so unhygienic! Safe to say we did not eat the breakfast as a result. Overall I would not stay here again.

Excellent for the budget, soundproofing issues make this a 7 or 8/10 but great staffs made it to 9.

Thin drywall between rooms doesn’t help soundproofing so it’s noisy sometimes with loud guests.

The staff were Brilliant! Particularly Chanh(g)! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful 🙂. Breakfast was either Fried eggs on toast, omelette, scrambled eggs or peanut butter and banana on toast plus an Extra Banana and Free Tea or Coffee. Good location. Close enough to walk anywhere in Dalat. Very close to an incredible Vegan Restaurant! They can arrange tours, laundry and transport etc. Little courtyard out the back to eat breakfast or chill!

Cereals for a Breakfast option would be a good idea! The door on my room was very stiff and loud when trying to shut it - so it could wake others up etc. when trying to sleep and the toilet flush in the shared bathroom set off all sorts of noises after use - so again could disrupt people's sleep - but both could be easily fixed! These are just 'piccy' little problems really. Overall a Very Pleasant stay 😁
