Lightning House 2

Nice place with good sized rooms and plenty to do nearby, only a short walk from the centre, friendly enough family and they have very cute kids When we had a problem at the end with the bill, they did sort it out and didn't overcharge

We had a strange vibe from the family from when we came in, they were happy to help with everything but they weren't often around, for example when the water stopped working, I waited downstairs to see if I could talk to someone but noone was there I also had to argue when they tried to charge me extra but they did fix the price in the end (the had charged me for extra time with the motorbike)

The comfort, the privacy, the clean and simple room, no curfew. The staff members are genuinely kind. The homestay is also close to the center part of the city so it was convenient to go in and out. I visit Dalat every year and this homestay is a place to go for people who want to take a rest and travel the next day.

Location and Quiet

The room doesn't have windows , the bathroom door was damaged. Fan was noisy

It’s located in nice pretty quiet area. The room is decorated with the wooden walls and my favorite red colour. The staff is sweet and helpful.

Since the walls are made of paper everywhere in South Asia, you can hear noise from your neighbors. I got lucky, they were quite at night ;)

We stayed here for 5 nights during the Tet holidays. We stayed in the Purple room for the first night, then were moved to the Red room for the rest of our stay. The room was clean, the fan was sufficient to keep us cool at night, and the bathroom was also clean with a hot shower. The owner was super nice and accommodating, renting a scooter from them was really easy and super cheap. We only used the bike for a couple of hours, so they only charged us for a half day, without us even asking! Laundry was also quick and fresh. Location was also lovely, walking distance to the lake and other nice restaurants and shops.
