Surrounding roads and community was nice. VN food shops were interesting. Some beautiful houses could be seen with rose-vine fence. Hotel owners were helpful to some extent.

Gateway to hotel looks run-down. It may belong to others but made the hotel looks bad. Lobby can be rearranged for more tidiness.

the room is very cozy and the owners are nice

the entire building smelled like cigarettes which was very unpleasant. also the owners were not around much so sometimes we would have liked someone present for help with things. The location is a bit far from the lake.
