A pool on your balcony is so awesome! The staff were fantastic too and the breakfast in the morning (I ordered the Pho) was incredible and great way to start the day!

Kim our host was the highlight of our stay…. And the little pool by our room. Kim is also an exceptional tailor; I had 2 summer dresses made and my daughter a pretty skirt. Very good prices and done on site so that you don’t have to travel.She was very friendly welcoming and helpful, and Kim and her staff made delicious pho and ginger drinks for my daughter as she wasn’t feeling well. A quick 7 min drive to the old town via ‘Grab’ or taxi is handy. Also local shops and bars nearby.

The location is close to a busy road and about 10 min to beach, not as it appears on the photo. However this is due to a typhoon which swept the area a couple of years ago, so we felt for Kim and her family trying to build up business again.

great hosts and a fantastic location. walking distance to great eateries bars and a gorgeous beach. we had a scooter and it was perfect with it's vicinity to the old town of hoi an and the main arterial route was immediately there to access da nang and other areas a little further away with ease. Kim our host is wonderful and will probably try hard to convince you to use her tailoring skills to make some new threads. now we had planned while in hoi an to get some clothes made and had seen many different options but after seeing some of the samples Kim has in the entrance way the quality of stitch work was clear to see so we got 2 shirts for myself and 3 dresses for my partner and honestly could not be happier. more than likely could have got it cheaper elsewhere but again I felt more than comfortable paying for the quality we received.

shower was a little inconsistent in pressure and temperature but a very minor gripe, having a lovely little plunge pool which was unbelievably satisfying with the relenting heat was far more necessary and enjoyed. also had no utensils not even a teaspoon to stir the coffee available in room nor anything to cook/heat with but does have a fridge with refreshingly cold beverages in
