Hidden Beach Bungalow Sea View

The hotel is a little far the touristic area (it was something that we wanted as a priority) and very close to the beach, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go to the old town by motorcycle. The private pool was amazing. When I booked it, I thought that was going to be a small pool, but it is actually big. The room was very clean and very well decorated, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the best is that depending on the weather, they can even serve it in the room.

The location was not what we expected. Although it was close to amenities and cafes etc. The street frontage was basic and very suburban. This was solely our problem, not the properties.

This hotel is fantastic! The facilities were incredible. The private pool on the balcony was surprisingly large and quite deep. The bedrooms were fantastic with aircon, mini bar, a place to sit inside and outside on the balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful and lots of free bathroom amenities to use. Floor to ceiling windows and glass, lots of natural light. Phenomenal standard particularly for the price! Kim who ran the hotel was feisty, funny and extremely knowledgeable and amenable. She was keen to assist us with any issues or queries that we had. She organised a private car to Hué for us, which actually beat the price of the bus or other taxis and included a stop to the mountain temple in Da Nang which was incredible! Kim’s natural charisma and sense of humour had us laughing every time we spoke to her. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this fantastic hotel.

It was so nice having a private pool included with the room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very good laundry service also. Breakfast was lovely. They gave us beach towels when we asked too.

Very good location but it’s not beside the beach and doesn’t have sea view like in the title - it is about 5minute walk to the beach.

Really clean, loved the pool attached to the room. Breakfast was good, service from Kimi was excellent. we were given a free room upgrade on one of our rooms. Some great restaurants close by. Taxi ( use GRAB app ) to centre of Hoi an is less than 10 mins. Would definitely visit Kimi again. Also,Kimi is a tailor, my wife bought a suit and daughter bought a dress, ( both made to measure ). These look fantastic.

Nothing, however as mentioned by other the property is a 5 min walk to the beach.

We feel we really lucked in finding this place. A great sized room with its own large swimming pool. So quiet, and private. Kim, and her staff, are exceptional. She is a tailor also and made some items for us which were superior to those we had made from a tailor in the old city. This section of the coast is still under developed which makes it quiet and easy going- that won’t last. Having 4 private swimming pools is such a luxury!

It was all great. Might need to be renamed so people don’t criticise it as formerly it was a beach bungalow with a sea view but a typhoon destroyed it. Kim relocated her business one street back from the beach and plans to rebuild one day.
