"Had everything we needed!"

Helpful owner. Mr. Vuong booked our airport transportation for us, helped us with our heavy luggage, gave us tips on how to get around the area, helped us with the washing machine, and even gave us a big bottle of insect repellent (we didn't have to use it though). Their kids also helped us with our Grab deliveries. Mr Vuong informed us immediately through WhatsApp that we left something at the property after we checked out. Clean furnished house. Wow. This property had everything that we needed during our trip. This house has 2 rooms, 3 big comfy beds (3rd bed is on a private mezzanine ) and 2 toilet and bath, perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen had a tiny fridge, stove, microwave, utensils, etc. the dining table was also the right size for us. There's a washing machine in the main bathroom (they provided the laundry soap too) and a covered outdoor area where you can hang your clothes to dry. There's also an outdoor hangout area with a pond. The house is also gated for added safety. Loved the vintage feel of this house too ❤️

Wish it was closer to the old town.

"Perfect peaceful stay amongst lush gardens, away from the chaos of the old town"

Lovely quiet little home stay with kind and helpful owners. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessities. The owners Vuong was so kind and helped to organise scooter hire and taxis. A nice walk into the old town, quiet and peaceful amongst the chaos of the busy tourist streets.

If you want to stay in the old town, this property is maybe a little out of the way - a 20min walk, but we enjoyed the walk and there were bikes available to use for no charge

Host was very kind and friendly. Really enjoyed staying in the apartment. He helped me to use the washing machine and shared lovely places to visit in Hoi An.

"Lovely local living with fantastic family hosts"

Just out of the old quarter, live a little more like a local. Vu and Tina are wonderful hosts, initially booked 4 nights but ended up staying 7. Always quick to help and provide good recommendations, highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
