"Very nice homestay"

Vintage, neat and clean. We spent 2 nights here on August 9 to 11. It was really hot here in Hoi An, and thankfully there are ACs at this homestay. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. The owner let us check in early and helped us with the luggages. I really like this homestay and will come back next time

There are mice running in the attic making the dirt fall on the mattress

"Lovely home in Hoi An"

A beautiful little home in Hoi An! I had the whole place to myself and felt like home from the first moment. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, I had a bike that I can use to go around town, it was perfect!

"I totally recommend."

I love the vintage vibe here, the place is an old house but very well renovated, decorated and maintained with a little yard full of plants around and a mini fish pond, which is great for chilling/smoking. The host is nice and accomodating, I got the whole house of 3 beds to myself for the price of single and was allowed flexible check-in/out. They are also eco friendly by minimizing plastic which is a great plus. Another huge bonus point is washing machine, alongside with a kitchennette. The location is not too far from the old town, I like that its in a quiet area but that also means there are no shops or stores around, however they do provide bikes so it's not a problem. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here, excellent choice for the price i paid.

not the brightest place with natural light, but im outside for most of the day anyway so it wasn't really an issue for me.
