We liked everything

Honestly the staff could not do enough for us. Organising trips and transport for us. Everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Idyllic location literally a stones throw from the beach with sun loungers and parasols yet so convenient for Hoi an. We walked into house and for the evening lantern experience, so not very far, we could have cycled as there a bikes available but we decided to walk. I'd highly recommend if you want to experience Hoi an but also want to escape to a relaxing beach holiday too.

There really wasn't anything we were not happy with

The property was 1 minute from beach. The food was excellent both at breakfast and lunch which they brought to the beach. Room was clean had everything one could need and if there was something you required they supplied it.best of all were the hosts. Sorry I can’t spell the names but all the family were brilliant

Having to leave.

Everything - for the price this just can't be beat. Lovely quiet little spot a stones throw from the beach. Shady little streets with restaurants, cafes and spas all around. Super friendly and helpful host. Room cleaned everyday, smart TV. Want to go back already.

No complaints about anything.

This is one of the best places we've stayed. Firstly, the family running this homestay are absolute gems. So kind, thoughtful, attentive, and most importantly, great at what they do. The room is extremely comfortable and spacious, the food (we had breakfast in the morning and lots of food on the beach) was all exceptional and for very good prices. The AC was effective, fan was nice to have, and the mosquito net over the bed was great as sometimes mosquitoes come in due to the bathroom being open to the outside (which made for glorious showers). We had a couple of setbacks (bike tire and forgotten item) and the hosts were so accommodating and prompt to resolve these issues with no hassle to us. Our daughter loved their dog Boss and we absolutely loved our stay.

Nothing really

Family run little homestay where everything is taken care of by family members. It is super close to the beach where you have free loungers and can order lunch there. The breakfast can be ordered on your balcony. We loved the big outdoor sofa, the garden and overall how nice the family was. The rooms were clean and we used the inside kitchen for some light meals. The shower is great, the bed is comfortable and there is a mosquito net. There are many excellent restaurants very near. Passion restaurant being our favorite. Do not expect Hilton but if you're looking for local experience with warm hospitality and cosy rooms surrounded by nature, this is your place.
