the staff behavior is good, obedient, he suggest the food, arranged tasty food, price also good. property is old antique type. surrounded by local ppl. feel like we are the owner of the kerala style property.

Sukun has a very homely vibe, be it food or ambience or hospitality. Got access to kitchen for my kid food. Thanks to Rajesh (caretaker). Kitchen and overall property was really neat and clean..

For a family of 3 or 4 room is bit small. Otherwise if you spend most of the time out in the beach, its worth it.

This was our first experience at a homestay facility. Sukun operates out of a traditional Kerala home, which has been modified to some extent to serve its current purpose. The bedrooms are spacious and very traditional, but they also come with amenities such as air conditioning and universal power plugs. The bathrooms, which appear to have been added to the original building, are spacious and clean. Mr Rajesh, who is the caretaker at this facility took good care of us.

Loved the overall heritage feel this place exudes The hospitality is top notch and overall it made for a very pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this property and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a traditional experience maintained property and host rajesh made the stay comfortable.
