A cozy clean room with the required facilities. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to the riverside and Jeronimos Monastery. Local cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Shared bathroom and the kitchen were very clean, being cleaned daily. Clean towels and bed linen. Good WiFi. Great stay.

The place can get an uplift with some new towels. It was bit hard to balance the shower with hot and cold water.

In general I had good stay. The bedroom was enough for me. Kitchen and bathroom are also satisfying. I appreciated the washing machine, could refresh clothes. It was quiet and not much people in the apartment in beginning of October.

The bed sheets were old and had spots, but it was obvious that they were fresh, just old. The table also had signs of time and looked tired, so to say. On the balcony there was no chairs. A small coffee table would be nice to have, so the balcony would be comfortable.

Simple but efficient,clean and good location if attending a conference at the Congress Centre

Très mal indiqué sur Booking qui ne précise pas qu’on loue juste une chambre dans un appartement. On pensait arriver dans un petit hôtel. Quelle déception ! Salle de bain très propre mais occupée par les étudiants, donc pas de douche… très déçue.

C’est propre. Une personne vient chaque jour pour ranger la cuisine et lancer des lessives si nécessaire. Le quartier est bien desservi par les bus Le prix est avantageux par rapport aux environs.

Très mauvaise isolation acoustique. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’appartement ( ouverture des portes…). On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors, même fenêtre fermée: chats qui miaulent, mouettes qui piaillent, voisins qui parlent. La douche a un sacré problème. L’eau chaude ne se déclenche pas toujours lorsqu’on ouvre le robinet. Et lorsqu’elle arrive , elle reste rarement plus d’une minute, ensuite elle redevient froide. Voir ci dessous la réponse du propriétaire à ce sujet « Usually, when this happens, the solution is to turn off the tap, wait about ten seconds, and then turn it back on. It usually works on the second or third try. You'll hear the kitchen heater turning on. Repeat this process until the heater starts. ». Quand qq chose ne fonctionne pas comme prévu, c’est le moment de le réparer… Il manque un coin repas. Ce qui oblige à prendre son repas dans la chambre. Pas très commode et ça réduit les contacts avec les autres occupants. L’armoire ne comporte ni étagère ni porte. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 3 étages à monter ou descendre avec vos valises / courses. Dernier conseil: ne laissez pas de nourriture hors du frigo. Les fourmis la trouveront rapidement.
