Belém Cozy Bedroom

Хорошая квартира из трёх спален ,маленькой кухоньки и одного санузла.Большой холодильник.Много посуды. Нам повезло с соседями,они были тихие))) Совсем рядом остановка трамвая и автобуса. Рынок с местными продуктами и несколькими магазинами в 5 минутах ходьбы. Приветливый хозяин,быстро отвечает на вопросы.

В доме нет лифта.

A porta do prédio é difícil de abrir. As fotografias deram-me ideia que fosse mais espaçoso. Precisa de alguma manutenção.

The apartment is comfortable, full of natural light and very well equipped with anything you might need for organization/comfort in the rooms, cooking, taking care of clothes, shopping. Everything is clean and organized. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The house is a typical portuguese apartment, well maintained and with upgraded kitchen and bathroom. There are only three rooms in the apartment, if they are all booked it might get busy in the apartment but it will be never too much. Check in and out are easy and there are instructions for everything, simply laid out. The owner was nice and although I didn't need to ask for help with anything I felt he was available and easy to reach if it was needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice, there's a big supermarket 8min away and smaller markets closer. It's a 10min walk to Belém and there are buses nearby to other central parts of Lisbon. Some people might find the mattresses too soft or the rooms not very modern. Since those are matters of personal taste, I won't consider them negatives but will leave the information here.

Great location in the quiet area, but still very close to Belem’s attractions. The apartment is equipped with all essential items, shared areas were clean. Self check in with clear instructions, and quick reaction times to questions were a positive. The building doesn’t have an elevator, and the apartment is on the top floor. Would not recommend to people with mobility issues, would recommend if you want to burn some extra calories from amazing pastries :) Pack some ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping, you might hear other visitors coming to/leaving the apartment at night. Not a criticism of the apartment, just something to consider when booking a room with shared spaces. Overall great value for money, would recommend if you want to explore Belem.

Photos are not reality at all. Shades were broken. 1 toilt for 4 people. Can get weird.

Toilt seat. Can not just cram up so many guest under one roof. Not fair, and is it legal, in terms of higiene?

I love the neighborhood and the room.

No elevator in the building.
