The stay was difficult for me because I had to walk a bit to get to the apartment, especially after a flight that arrived after midnight. The metro stops running, and I had to take another route to get to the apartment, which was tiring. If you don't mind, I have to be honest: having a room to yourself in Madrid is expensive, and it was the best option I had. However, the room was comfortable, the cleaning was impeccable, and the person staying in the living room did not bother me.

My stay coincided with a Taylor Swift concert, so prices skyrocketed all over Madrid (I never liked this singer, now I hate her :D) Sometimes the keys downstairs don't work, maybe it's because of me.

The best host i have ever had. He was so clear with instructions helpful, kind and he did even let me leave my bag back after check out. The room was big enough and had a TV also was clean and the common areas were also good. You should definitely book this lovely place if you plan to visit Madrid.

The price. Much cheaper than all the dorms in Madrid. And you get a private room, and the bed is clean and there is 2 bathrooms.

The host does sleep in the living room, 2 meters away from the room I had. You wake him up everytimes you go back past 11:30pm.

Bathroom and kitchen facilities adequate for a solo traveler.. Location of building very close to supermarket fruit and vege ,,cafe/bar, public transport

The shower and bathroom walls were tiled and not in very good condition.The shower tiles needed re grouting to cover the mould.

Great place to spend a few days, very quiet with all the amenities you need to make your stay even better. Shelton was very helpful with the check in process, even after a late arrival. Good connection with the city center by bus/train/metro.

No issues whatsoever, the apartment was a great place to stay. Nothing to complain about.

The staff is really nice and I do appreciate the welcoming vibe. Very clear instructions how to check in and find the place.

There is no heating in the bedroom. It was very cold in the bedroom. The common area - living room is occupied by one of the owners so in case you go to the bathroom, return late night or depart very early you will cross someone sleeping in the living room.

The hospitality, the cleanness, and all attention that Danillo give to me, about the city, the transportation. The host is very quickly to answer any doubts. I'll be back for sure
