名宿阿嬤猶如家中的長輩，貼心的為孩子準備水果。知道孩子比賽得名，同時為孩子開心與祝福。真的很溫暖又親切的感受。

非常熱情的民宿老闆，從一進門就感受到像是媽媽一樣的關懷及提供服務，尤其是水果^.^，根本吃不完還可以打包，雖然房間不大，但有回到家的感覺，晚上也很安靜。 再來提外話，老闆居然是本人的同鄉，台灣還真小，哈哈。

地點算鄉下，是走路不能到便利商店的地方。

就像回到小時候的阿媽家一樣，本就是衝這著小時候和阿嬤同睡的八腳紅瞑床而去，沒想到官媽熱情親切，更是讓人想去阿嬤。突遇苗栗百年大雨，天真能以為從民宿走出去吃早餐，官媽擔心我們，特地分享的水煮蛋、地瓜、馬鈴薯、玉米，給我們果腹，真的出門後才知真的到處淹水、土石崩塌，一堆店家都關門，騎機車離開苗栗，靠著官媽愛心撐到晚上，這次雖因大雨提早結束環半島之旅，下次下次一定會回訪，
