Nice family and cosy apartment with the terrace.

Lovely space, had everything I needed to prepare simple meals and drink coffee on the lovely terrace. Very conveniently situated near supermarkets and an easy walk into the town and harbour area. I loved the cats and the decor. Nice hot shower too. I needed to do some work while I was there, and there was a table and chair and a good internet connection.

I would like to have had a hairdryer. But not a big deal.

We stayed for 9 days, and had a wonderfully relaxing visit. The apartment was clean, and while the appointments are somewhat dated, we loved that it took us back in time when a stay felt cozy and homey. A lovely balcony with greenery, and a private roof top terrace were the perfect places to relax. It's just a 5 minute walk from 2 supermarkets, and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. We found it quiet, with the occasional dog barking. The cooking utensils are limited, but still I cooked full meals the entire time we were there. Isabel also offered to lend us anything not there we might need. Speaking of our hosts, Paulo and Isabel were wonderful. We had some nice visits, and they are kind and gracious hosts. When we left, Paulo even offered to drive us down to the train station.

Better? A stack of Hundreds waiting on the bed?? Everything was great. Especially our hosts.

nothing that I would not like / dislike . However some visitors could appreciate some face lifting

We enjoyed the privacy and plants around the outside sitting area. Isabel and Paolo are very friendly and it just had different flair being outside the tourist zone. It would be great to have had some mosquito netted window frames otherwise it had a charm that welcomed us.

Isabel and Paulo, the hosts, good, 'real' people; their animals - 2 each of well-behaved dogs and cats and some very quiet, so happy, chickens. The plants they skillfully grow all around the property in an urban environment. The balcony, shower and other facilities. The property location is great to explore Olhao and the surrounding areas with a very handy supermarket nearby. I highly recommend Ztir to the single, independent traveller.
