"A must visit place with family."

The property is clean and beautifully maintained. Has a good and enclosed parking area, with a handsome GSD to guard the place. The pool side restaurant has a fantastic river view, do not miss early morning bird sights. I would definitely visit with my spouse again.

The room was a bit darker and needs more lights. The washrooms would've been a bit more cleaner.

"Money-Minded Fraud: No Commitment, Sells Confirmed Bookings for Higher Price"

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had a confirmed booking for this property through Booking.com, with a screenshot clearly stating the confirmation. On the day of check-in, I received a message from the property at 7:14 AM stating that the booking would only be confirmed if I transferred an advance payment. This was not mentioned anywhere in the confirmation email from Booking.com. Since we were in transit and sleeping at that hour, I didn’t see the message, which came only as a notification on the app or via email. The property had my phone number but didn’t bother to call or send a WhatsApp message to inform me. By 8:54 AM, they canceled the booking without my consent. We arrived at the property, having spent a significant amount of money traveling, only to find out that the booking was canceled. It became clear that the property owner sold the room to someone willing to pay more, disregarding any sense of professionalism or commitment. This experience was incredibly frustrating and ruined our plans. Such untrustworthy behavior for the sake of extra profit is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking this property to avoid similar disappointment.

The location is a deep shit and the manager was very rude to us. The rooms are big but total waste.. it is a house with some people and the pics we seen in this website and the original rooms are completely different. Total waste of money. We never feel comfort in this hotel. Please dont waste your money on seeing pics.

Staff behaviour Location Rooms and cleanliness. Not safe and secure. its interior and no one can stay peacefully. Noise and unfriendly staffs Manager is a crack and he doesnt know how to speak with customers.
