Once you enter the gate, the location is bang opposite a mangrove forest and is peaceful. The food is decent and is priced reasonably. The staff and the host are very friendly and helpful.

The path to the property is not that great for cars to get in. Also, some construction is happening on the main road, making getting into the property a little challenging. I felt the rooms were a little small and lacked proper ventilation.

The place is very calm and chill. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is outside of Panjim city that's why it has less noise.

There is nothing much that I didn't like but the food is very delicious The only thing is in the food menu it has less variety. .
