Nice property in a neighborhood, comfortable room in the house. Other guests stay in other rooms and share the kitchen, living room. It had all the basics and the friendly, helpful owner/manager lives next door. Very quiet at night. Convenient access to main downtown area of Pucón just a few blocks walking. Supermarkets nearby.

It was getting quite cold at night when I was in Pucón and I was told by the host, "It's not cold for us". However for a guest yes it was cold. The hostels in Pucón had heaters in the rooms but this place does not. It was not _uncomfortably_ cold but it also wasn't inviting to sit in the cold living room wearing all of my warm clothes. The kitchen is very small and if multiple guests want to cook/eat, you just have to wait. But the eating table is in the living room, so it can be awkward to watch TV, etc while other people are trying to eat right next to you.

A good budget option in Pucón. Alina the host was really accommodating and easy-going as I kept adding extra nights to my stay! The kitchen is fully equipped and a cosy space to be during bad weather.

The walls are plywood, so bring earplugs for a good night's sleep.

Great spot with all of the necessities and a friendly, gorgeous dog (Cookie 🍪). Alina was super friendly and helped me plan my trip for my limited time!

The shower in bathroom flooded it too often.

Late Check-In was great due to bus connections.

The house as well as the room were cold. No heating inside the room. Only a small oven with restricted amount of wood. There was only one very small light for the whole room. Although the accommodation was not fully booked, the water pressure as well as electricity did not work well.

Great kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, warm showers, cute pets! Always clean. Best sleep we have had! A little bit far from the centre but still walking distance

A good, clean well equipped hostel. Room was en-suite. We had the option of cooking in the kitchen and eating in our room. We used that the first night which was the busiest.
