Perfect for what we needed a place to relax and rest for one night.

Catherine the host was very helpful and friendly. She communicated with us prior to arrival to ensure we found the property as it is in a beautiful rural location. She greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome and she also provided some delicious hot scones which we really appreciated.

The place is awesome! For starters, the host is extremely nice! She welcomed me and provided me all the relevant information to make the most of my trip. The facilities are quite good, and the decoration has a delightful taste. The farms around the place are calm and provide a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent place to take a break.

ITs quite challenging to arrive. The host was extremely aware of this and send me very good messages that helped me to locate the place. But definitely you need a private car and a map app to arrive, otherwise it will be quite challenging.

The accommodation was the perfect size for a couple staying and the location was very peaceful. Our host was so welcoming and happy to share recommendations and help us in any way she could. Our host even greeted us with scones and jam on arrival which were delicious. The location was remote and beautiful, we walked into Castlewellan which took 50 minutes but it was very enjoyable with the surrounding views. The accommodation was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay in a very nice and clean room. Catherine, our host, was extremely responsive to messages and provided detailed instructions on how to get to the property. The property itself was spotless and located in a lovely, quiet area. Highly recommend!

The cows, the top of the hill view and the tranquility of it all. Fresh air away from pollution, city noise and the hecticness of busy life.
