DEVASHOLA HOMESTAY

It was well off the beaten track but that’s what made it such a delightful place to stay. It was just us 2 and the birds and the water buffalo. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was delicious. The views were amazing and we really enjoyed just sitting on the veranda watching the tea pickers, the chipmunks, reading and soaking up the atmosphere and clean air.

Great place for spending the weekend in a remote place, with homely cooked food. The staff is very helpful. Walk around the Tea estate! Loved the early morning with birds chirping

I liked the hospitality they offered and overall they took care of food and stay very nicely.

The cost of the room is little expensive we were a couple and we had 3-4 extra beds in our room which costed the price to be higher. its good for big group of people but for those who are a couple they can keep or arrange smaller rooms and charge a little less.

Excellent location! Secluded and only tea estate and bidding around you. Selvakumar who is the cook and caretaker is an excellent cook and made delicious home made local food. This was one of the highlights for us. This place is good value for money, basic but with everything you need

Linen could have been a bit cleaner. They were all washed, but just a bit old and worn out

Food was awesome, the maid who stayed along with us kept us warm throughout our stay. Food, both dinner and breakfast was too good, no complains on that. Quite & pleasant atmosphere. We liked our stay.

Bed was little shaky and requires maintenance. We gave a feedback to them as well.
