Photo’s of property when booking showed a full kitchen - there is no kitchen and only one very small bar fridge for everyone to use. Noting there was a basic type of kitchenette setup that consisted of a bench, kettle, microwave.

Excellent place would highly recommend bueatiful Gardens location bueatiful old villa big large rooms and very warm and dry no dampness at this place great for dunedin
