The proximity to the beach and the kitchenette. The room is spacious and clean.

- just the sandy road going to Homestay from Tambisaan port. We find it hard to pull our big bags since it is sandy. The tourist personnel also just let us walk all through out with our big roller bags because it is near.

Tambiisan beach was great and this was a lovely little property at the end of it, it was a 10 minute bus or taxi ride to the main strip but I was really happy I booked a hotel here and not there, it was peaceful and full of local character. The rooms were really nice and the staff friendly and helpful

Value for money. Hosts are very nice and helpful.

Location

Spacious rooms,nice quiet local area. Water,sheets,towels are provided, easy and quick to contact the property management. HoHo bus is coming in every 10 minutes till 9p.m. so easy to get into the center or even to Puka beach.

Just be prepared that only little sari sari stores are around:)

Was more of a solitude place as we both like quiet and away from the bustling crowd downtown boracay.

Missing amentities and could have been a little more beefed up with lawn chairs and the beach area that goes from that property line could be cleaned from seaweed. But not a deal breaker really also the tiny lizards on the walls inside. Was a sight to see. Doesn’t bother me but the girlfriend wasn’t so keen of it. Maybe seal the door jambs.

The property was on the quiet side of the island we loved it

The place is quiet and the beach is just in front of the resort. There is a kitchen with utensils and we were able to cook the fresh catch in the nearby stores. The neighborhood was also friendly.

It was a bit hard to pull the luggage from the mainstreet to the resort.. although it was a short walk, the wheels stuck into the sand hence we had to carry the luggage for a good 30 meters.. there were also dogs along the way

The place we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights is very exclusive, quiet and calm. A perfect place for an infant like us and we were able to cook food by ourselves and it helped us saved money.

Their was a problem with the heater on our first day and we reported the problem on the second day since we went to the famous stations and see Boracay Nightlife. At first, they told us that we need to pay for the damages but I insisted that it was not our fault that the heater is broken, because it was already faulty ever since we tried it on, the capacity of heat juts isn’t right and I am with a toddler and need the heater for my baby, but it is ok because they understand and wave the charges.
