A great alternative to spending all your vacation money on expensive hotels. A 4 minute walk along a sandy beach trail gets you to e-trike or e-bus transportation to all of Boracay's hot spots.

There is not much to dislike about this comfy homestay on Tambisaan beach.

Everything was amazing. Location (beach front, 10-15 minutes ride to town), facilities, spaciousness, and above all, the staff. Andie (the hostess), and Analyn (the cleaner), are the 2 sweetest women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped me with so much and I couldn’t be more appreciative for them. They made the end of my 10 month-long trip extremely memorable and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend this stay more. You’re always in good hands with Andie and Analyn! I’ll definitely be back🥹💗extremely good value for money.

It is a very homely place the owner and the staff wer excellent they don't bother u or give u any extra headaches it's a perfect place if u want a quite breezy sunny morning with waves away from the main hustle bustle of boracay

Not calm water to swim

Beautifully quiet beach with palme and clear water, the apartment was lovely with the little private garden and direct beach access. There is not so much tourism and mostly Filipino people living nearby, which we really liked. Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed cooking and sitting on the terrace. There is a bus stop nearby so you can easily go to all the other places and beaches on the island. The laundry service was fast and fair priced. Also, the management was flexibel with our date change request as we had some problems with flight date.

Everything’s a bit old and broken in the room but was working and good hot water etc.
