Large cosy room in G3

The whole place is perfectly clean and comfortable, and the location great.

Although Anastasia can be very warm and chatty, she did snap at me several times during my stay, which slightly marred it. It started on my very arrival, when I turned up at 6 in the evening instead of 8 and she only allowed me in because "it was even more of an inconvenience to have me stay on the doorstep than to allow me in". She then kept insisting on my having to sign the rules of the house while I had never received them.

The host was very down to earth and spoke her mind. You knew where you stood. Called a spade a spade and I like that.

Nothing really

I had a fantastic traditional Scottish breakfast and the location was great. My room was great and my bed was really comfortable. The shower was superb.

I loved everything about this place.

It was a nightmare! The house itself is nice, but the host is a completely abnormal woman. Please don't stay there. The kitchen is nice, but even as it is listed as an amenities, she won't allow you to use the oven (apparently an adult using a stove to cook something is a fire hazzard)

The host is completely insane! Avoid it at all costs . I have been a customer here for 15 years and had never had such a bad experience. 1) Drugs are used in the house constantly (it is a regular smell) 2) I cooked one egg, and she charged me 350 pounds for "deep cleaning" the kitchen (she said 3) She tries to dictate how to do.ky hygiene (I usually shower twice a day, but even a 3 minutes shower was too much for her)

This young lady has to be the most laid back and chill in Glasgow. Two lovely big dogs that, once they know you are allowed to be there, are great big softies, A cat and a tortoise making up the rest of the animal kingdom. sitting outside in the evening with friends and neighbours and a couple of guitars chilling was so relaxing. Just a great lady and accomodation.

How can I write two or three sentences about what I didn't like when there was no minus points for me? I missed the Northern lights because we got too drunk and went inside too early,maybe

Every single thing. Beautiful two dogs 🐕, 1 gorgeous cat 🐈, one snappy tortoise 🐢. Food and beverage and good conversation is heaped upon you, with all the information first hand ✋️ from a wonderful glasweigan encyclopedia of fun facts and knowledge. The place is spottless, comfortable, welcoming 🙏, you'll be tempted to extend your stay.

I think the chemistry between the host and myself was not really working which made staying here a tad uncomfortable. I prefer to keep to myself, and usually work at night (I’m a journalist) and I got the impression that was frowned upon. When I first arrived in the evening, she seemed quite upset/pissed off I got into the main door which was open, and I did knock on her door which was locked and she still had open it, so that was a little unsettling. But no, I should have rung first… she kindly explained about the house and animals which was nice. It is the oversharing which made me feel uncomfortable, about her personal issues etc. None of my business. I thought she was really cool and laidback but the next morning as I got into the shower, she went ballistic, as her stuff was there, and she wanted to have a shower and how did I not know and how really rude I was. It sounded as if she kicked at the door, and her screaming really made me question her mental health, it was quite an outburst of violence. I apologised, and in hindsight I should have asked her. But I thought it was ok. So: sorry. WiFi is terminated at 9.45 am and only came back on at 6 pm which I found a little harsh. Ok, house rules say it is not a working space which I totally understand (I was out all day and only came back at 9 pm) but sending some emails should be possible. She was having none of it. As I left the house in the morning, and said goodbye, a strong smell of hashiesh smoke hung in the house. Absolutely disgusting. Not how a host should behave towards guests. All in all I felt rather disrespected as a guest. If you choose to host, learn to respect your guests, even if they don’t want to hang out with you. I will probably get a bashing after this but I always give an honest opinion. This was my personal experience.

The host really made me feel at home. We had great fun jamming campfire songs on guitar. The cat and two dogs were well behaved and good company.

The host was very accommodating. I have nothing to complain about.

The host is very friendly and caring. It was an amazing stay, specially jamming with her friends and two friendly dogs. Overall loved and enjoyed my stay. Would love to come back as and when I travel to Glasgow. Thank You :)
