Five Oaks Hamburg

We didn't like the place at all. The owners were rude and very unhelpful. The room was in the basement with no windows, the structure of the house was really old and seemed unstable. The room had so much humidity and no air conditioning. We thought we coult have breakfast since there was a kitchen but the kitchen didn't have anything. The kitchen, the basement, the room, every part of the house smelled bad. Not livable at all! There are no shops near the house and we had to walk 30 mins to get to the nearest café. We left after the first night and found another place to stay, because the conditions here were really bad!

Felix and Jana were very kind and welcoming hosts. We had everything that we needed, and the facilities were extremely clean.

Nice location, good common places, perfect personnel.

It is a very nice location, with a home experience that is more than a hotel. Hospitality of the host. location of the hotel. The name of the hotel really reflects its reality. The garden is very nice at the end of September. The facilities, kitchen, washing machine, wifi are excellent.

I'm not used to the shared bathroom. There was no sunlit window in the room.

The staff were very friendly and kind, and even recommended us some places to visit while in Hamburg. The shared facilities and kitchen were always clean, with some resources such as fresh towels being always available. The surrounding area is an extremely cute neighborhood in nature, with easy access to nearby S-Bahn services. We had a wonderful time at Five Oaks!
