建物、設備は新しくはありませんが、基本的は設備や備品は完備されています。整理整頓もされていてシンプルな旅には良いと思います。 実家に帰ったような感じで過ごすことができました。 指宿駅にも程よい距離にあります。 暑い日にワンコ（トイプ）も一緒でしたがクーラーも完備されていて快適に過ごすことができました。 オーナーさんがとても明るく気さくな人柄が良かったです。
