"Quaint and Quiet"

Liked the location which was down the street from our family's event. Quiet neighborhood and availability of parking was fantastic. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating as we ended up with my son joining us last minute.

Bed was small and uncomfortable, listed as a queen, but we're pretty sure it was a full size bed, (didn't work for my 6'4 husband) and was very squeaky everytime one of us moved. Could not control temperature in the guest house. A/C and heat came on when we didn't want them on. Overall, we were satisfied, for this trip's purpose.
