I didn't like that the hosts were not present and did not inform me of that prior to my arrival. As a woman traveling alone I would not have booked this place had I known this. The space has a door connecting it to the main house. There should be a lock on that shared door which CANNOT be opened from the house side. Not immaculate. Very modest appointments.

Location ,quiet area, coffee and cups and toiletries available. Thoughtful host.

Bed mattress was rough to sleep on.

Convenient location for where I needed to be.

The parking is not easy. There are many cars and the driveway is on an incline. Trash trucks picked up early in the morning 3 of the 5 days I stayed, which was noisy in tge morning when sleeping. There is an adjoining door to the main house and that door didnt have a bolt lock so it could be locked from the room side, which did not feel safe. The sink drain did not stay up so the water would drain so I had to put one of my bottle caps into it to hold it open for the week I was there.

You pull right up to the door. It’s very close to our grandkids and a good price.

The location was in a lovely residential neighborhood that made for a nice morning walk. The room had a little refrigerator and a coffeemaker and lots of good tea choices.

The only thing that was a negative was the strong scent given off by the comforter and I couldn’t regulate the temperature or turn off the heater. The sound when it came on was kind of loud for a light sleeper like me.

It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Our stay was very restful. Place was clean and they provided coffee which was thoughtful of them. If you have a car, it’s worth it to stay at this place.
