Nice location 10 minutes walk to the sea side. Apartment equipped with all you need, kitchen is big enough.

- The bathroom lock needs replacement, which is unfortunate. - The gym area floor was not properly cleaned. - Experienced a conflict with the manager when the cleaner arrived at 10:15 a.m., conflicting with my 11 a.m. checkout. Despite my belongings in the shared kitchen area, the manager insisted on immediate cleaning, questioning my friendliness and nationality, which seemed irrelevant. Guests shouldn't be bothered by cleaning schedules; hospitality and services should extend until checkout. Hosts, take note.

The bathrooms are not clean at all and also very old. The apartment doesn't Look in reality like in photos.

Apartment in great location.. near by a beach and not far a way from center .. very clean .. I like a atmosphere in the place .. good vibes .. about a 2 minutes from the apartment a ate a dinner in good restaurant ..thanks for all !

First of all the entire title is misleading. “Luxury private rooms -SEAVIEW, NETFLIX, GYM- 5 Min From beach!” . Nothing is luxurious but instead is very basic and worn out. It is an attic with some white paint over the old wooden furniture. In the description they say it is a double room with private bathroom. In reality, the bathroom is external and can be used by anyone in the apartment. It does not have a personal key and not even a lock inside. The subscription for Netflix is not paid. When we told them about that, they just deceived us, telling us that definitely tomorrow they will fix it. And the next day some more lies like they do not have enough personnel or should we turn off and on the device although it was obvious it was not logged into the account. So they served us little things like this until we left. They didn’t have at least some tv channels from antenna. The only thing working was YouTube. The five minutes from the beach, again, another untruth. Yes, in 5 minutes you can be at the sea, but for the beach of Finikoudes or the one from Mackenzie you need like 15 minutes. About the “Gym” that was a real joke. A cheap multifunctional gym machine and a bench. The image they present in the descriptions it is far from the truth, they depict something that mislead, they scramble the truth and the nontruth so it looks like something different. Yes, they are very polite and responsive. The common areas looks good enough and cosy, although not spectacular. You have terrace and sofa, fridge and washing machine. It is well positioned both for the beaches and for the city center. The minimarket is just around the corner. But all these pale when it comes to the upper room. In ten years of booking over 100 accommodations, this is the first one that made me so disappointed. Definitely this is not the score it deserves and if the score would have reflected the reality we certainly would not have booked that room.
