Luxury private rooms -SEA VIEW, GYM- 5 Min from beach! - private room in shared apartment

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean, and cozy, just a 3-minute walk from the Corniche Walk and a short stroll from Finikoudes Beach.

Describing it as having a seaside view is a bit generous. The sea can only be seen from one wall in Room 2, and unfortunately, it's not the wall where your head rests while sleeping. Unless you don't mind breaking your neck, then you can catch a glimpse of the sea from the other rooms or the balcony by leaning out of the window.

I spent 2 nights at this place. There are 2 rooms with a shared bathroom on one floor (plus a beautiful living room, kitchen and big terrace), and one room with bathroom at the top floor, plus a gym space. PRO 1 - The apartment is cute and rooms are nice 2 - good positioning 3 - the host is very responsive (but never seen in person)

CONS 1 - Bathroom cleaning: the bathroom at the main floor is shared between 2 rooms (and this was clearly stated) the problem is that it is not cleaned at every new arrival. My first day it was already used, with little toilet paper and a full bin. But it was still acceptable. The second day the cleaning person came but only to clean the top room and not the shared bathroom, resulting in a bin full of dirty toilet paper (in Cyprus you cannot flush it down the toilet) and really needing some cleaning. I would recommend a daily cleaning of every bathroom 2 - Noise: it's one apartment with 3 rooms, meaning...lots of people...lots of noise. The first night people were putting on laundry at 11pm The second night new people checked in at 1.20 in the night, entered my room by mistake, stomped up the stairs, took showers and so on. I had to wait 2.30am to be able to sleep.

All is well organized. Nice balcony.

Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. I asked to at least put my luggage, and they refused.

Very comfortable, clean, with all the needed equipment in the kitchen. Definitely it is a great place for a short or longer stay or especially for groups. Helpful guidance from the host. It was a nice gesture to have bottles of water (it was super hot days) and switch for electric socket (forgot to take it). Spacious place. Has airconditioning in the rooms - helps to survive the heat. Has functional Netflix for guest - a nice touch.

Close to the beach but in a calm area, good facilities and clean. Easy to walk anywhere.
