Phoenix I, Minutes to Airport and Downtown

Decent room for great 👍 price. House had roomy efrigerator and place to cook which saved on food bill as well.

Floors and carpet were dirty. Bathroom tub was full of fungus, so bring shower shoes.

Nice quiet peaceful location, but ideal for driving to places of interest in Phoenix, Glendake and Scottsdale.

No issues at all.

It was a nice home, in a nice neighborhood. TV in the room and lighting was good. Cute place.

The home in the photos was not the home I stayed at. In fact the address in the listing was not the home I stayed at. You could not leave the gated community on foot which threw my transportation plans way off budget. I asked if there was a key to get out the pedestrian gate and the response I got was “I will check”, but never heard from them again. The room was not clean. I picked up many larger pieces of lint/dirt off the carpet when I got there. The bed had some weird textured stuff in it (felt like sugar but it wasn’t). It was very late that night so I simply shook out the sheets and hoped for the best. I found a random sock that was not mine in the comforter. Since it is a shared bathroom with several other rooms, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the individual rooms to be able to get ready in my room. Also, there were used towels hanging in the bathroom for my entire stay…never moved. Notes everywhere saying “don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink” but there were always dirty dishes in the sink (different ones so it wasn’t like the same ones stayed there the whole time).
