Phoenix I, Minutes to Airport and Downtown

It was close to the events that i was planning to go to..

Being a first-time renter of this fashion, there were some hurdles for me, not knowing what to expect. There were some issues, but after contacting the owner, they were resolved immediately. What I would like booking.com to say in their wording is to remove the owner will meet you to verify your id. That is not the case. All in all, it was good .

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They even allowed me to stay in the common areas after my checkout since my flight was at night. The location is fair, I would say a $ 25-35 uber to Phoenix downtown. All the rooms had locks, so that felt safe.

Unfortunately the room didn't look any like the photos and it was not clean. I don't know if they didn't properly clean it after the other guest, but even if the room and the bed were made, they only gave me 1 sheet for the bed, no blanket no comforter not anything else. There was a dirty suck under the bed and a lot of dust. The shared bathroom was also fairly cleaned, but it was definitely not super clean or something I would use for more than a couple days; and it also didn't have any shampoo nor soap, which is something expected or at least a notification in advance should be made. The kitchen looked fine, I never actually used it, but they seemed to have all the basic utensils. However, they failed to have the most basic item of them all, water. So on my first night there, I arrived pretty late, and since there's no near convenience store, I just couldn't drink water because no one recommended that I tried Phoenix's tap water.

It was so conveniently located to grocery stores and extremely easy access to highways. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with plates bowls, eating utensils, pans for cooking and appliances.

It would have been nice to have an option for a firmer bed pillow. Both of them were very soft.

The house itself was spacious and nice, same goes for the back yard. Good price/quality. The private room had all the basics it needed.

For me and my daughter the air-conditioning was a bit too warm, especially at night. Since it was controlled from one central location in the house this wasn't really convenient. Also the pillows and mattress were pretty dirty, the sheets over it were all nice and clean though. But the pillows and mattresses could use some work.

The owner was very easy to communicate with and made check in and check out very easy!

The house is super clean and comfortable. Smells wonderful, too!

The bed was a little stiff and uncomfortable at times.

I liked I was able to book because Phoenix was very busy at the time. The bed was comfortable.

I thought it was close to Sky Harbor but it wasn’t. It was hot at night and the biggest thing was the bedroom fan didn’t work. I wouldn’t book here if I were a single female.
