Owner Chamith is so friendly and helpful. also his mother ..good English and know, how to get along with others. highly recommend for solo travelers like me ....

Family was great, really welcoming. Excellent location if youre heading towards the airport 14min drive. Bed was comfortable, place close to a good take away spot called my kitchen. Highly reccomend if you're in the area.

Chamith and his family are lovely! So warm and welcoming. Super helpful and as a solo female traveller I felt safe and comfortable in their home. Sri Lanka is a colourful delight and this homestay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend

I only stayed for 2 nights, but had a great time with the host family. They were so friendly and warmly accommodated all my needs. Even though my departure was in the middle of the night(2:40AM), Chamith arranged a drop off service for me by tuktuk. The location is good and safe, easy to access two supermarkets. When I have a chance to visit Sri Lanka, I will definitely book Hellen Homestay again!
