The central location a great little walk into the center, makes for an amazing homestay experience while still near the town. They were accommodating, even helping out when the market was Sunday so there were no more rooms. They were able to help us my giving us a special room they usually do not rent.

The bungalow is private. Good value for the money. Nice garden and small dipping pool. Close to town center for walking. Safe. Extremely nice host, owner.

It’s very noisy, busy street, not sound proof bungalow. Lots of dogs barking all night.

The Homestay is really nice. It's a walking distance, 5-8 min from the main square where the street market starts. We stayed in for one night in the rooms that have a wooden bath tube. The room is really beautiful, clean and cozy. They have good ac.

It is true that the walls are really thin or they were not much insulated since you could hear the other guests in the next room.

Good value for money in Bac Ha, not too far from the center and market. Very nice hosts, helpful when you go to them and with a translate app. Comfy enough! Breakfast is good value.

If you're coming on a Saturday evening, book a bungalow if you can. On Sat, the normal rooms are full of Vietnamese visitors being very noisy till late and then making tons of noise from 5.30am onwards. There is no sound isolation at all, so it's not a very restful night. We stayed on Sunday night and it was nice and calm.
