COMuy buena ubicación, Queda muy cerca del centro histórico, cerca de la estación de buses, restaurantes, panaderías.

No me gustó nada que el check in es a las 15h y las instrucciones para acceder me llegaron pasadas las 16h. Llame varias veces y nunca respondieron el teléfono ni el mensaje que envié a través de Booking . Yo fui con mi madre que tiene 83 años y lo de no poder acceder a la habitación a mi hora no me gustó nada . A las 15:30 decidí ir a la casa y tocar a ver si alguien abría. Afortunadamente estaba , no esperandonos,sino se casualidad la chica de la limpieza que amablemente nos atendió y nos dió instrucciones. Ahora bien ,el mensaje de la persona responsable de darme las indicaciones llego pasadas las 16, cuando yo estaba ya instalada

RSGood bed and relatively clean
The only good thing I can say about this accommodation is that the bed is comfortable and everything else is a disaster. The owner wrote on the booking that check in is at 3 p.m. I texted him three hours earlier to arrive at that time. He did not respond to the message at all. The phone number left on the booking does not exist and the voice mail is answered. At 15 we were standing in front of the apartment and realized that he had cheated us and for an hour we ran from one hotel to another to find accommodation, but luckily they were all full, since the owner did not respond with a message on the booking until around 4:30 p.m. I have never experienced such rudeness and such stress. Later, I carefully read all the reviews and this is not the first time that this accommodation has cheated guests for accommodation. The refrigerator was not working, and I read that in one of the comments, so it seems that it has been broken for months. The walls are as thin as paper, so you can literally hear everything from the next room.
ROA fost un apartament cochet , simplu dar linistit si curat . Este foarte aproape de toate obiectivele turistice importante din Sevilla. Am mers pe jos , fara masina .
ITPoco pulito, doccia non funzionante
FRSituation idéale pour visiter Séville à pied. À notre arrivée, nous avons croisé la femme de ménage très agréable qui n'a pas hésité à nous conseiller pour nos déplacements. L'hébergement correspondait à notre attente, terrasse agréable. Nous avions opté pour un parking gratuit à l'extérieur du centre historique, accessible en bus en 10 mns.
ITCamera carina a dieci minuti dal centro.
Camera maleodorante. Porta finestra sprovvista di tende e/zanzariere, quindi per fare areare la stanza ci entrava dentro di tutto. Aria condizionata centralizzata con comando generale. Se uno ha freddo e l altro ha caldo è un bel problema. Bagno fuori dalla camera scomodo, senza nessuna aerazione o ventola. Non ci hanno fornito gli asciugamani per il viso e solo su richiesta me li hanno fatti trovare fuori dalla porta il giorno dopo (buttati in terra). Nella cucina il frigorifero era guasto .
