La posizione.

L' indirizzo che viene caricato da maps cliccando " indicazioni" e' sbagliato! L'assistenza risponde solo in chat, dopo le 15. I muri della struttura sono di carta! Si sente tutto!! Per questo trovo il prezzo un po' alto, giusto la posizione e' buona.

Helaas konden we geen koffie drinken omdat we niet precies wisten welke cups gebruikt dienden te worden.

Pésima gestión y trato al huésped. No te mandan las instrucciones hasta el mismo día. No atienden llamadas, no sabes ni con quién te escribes, ni el nombre. Pagué 100€ con una antelación de 6 meses, el mismo día del check in, en plena feria, sin haber siquiera llegado al alojamiento por primera vez, me mandan un mensaje diciendo que esperan que haya disfrutado de mi estancia y que les ponga una reseña positiva. Les llamo y les escribo para decirles si se trata de un error y al no responder, y dada la situación, plena feria cuando todo se agota en cuestión de minutos, me veo en Sevilla sin saber si tengo alojamiento o no. Tengo que cogerme otro alojamiento en el momento y ya cuando tengo el otro pagado, al rato me mandan las instrucciones. Pésimo trato. Espero que mejoren el trato al cliente. Terrible management and customer service. They don’t send the instructions until the very same day. They don’t answer calls, and you don’t even know who you’re communicating with or their name. I paid €100 six months in advance, and on the day of check-in, during a busy festival, without even having arrived at the accommodation for the first time, they sent me a message saying they hoped I had enjoyed my stay and asking me to leave a positive review. I called and wrote to them to check if it was a mistake, but since they didn’t respond—and given the situation, during a festival when everything gets fully booked within minutes—I found myself in Seville not knowing whether I had accommodation or not. I had to book another place immediately, and only after I had already paid for the new accommodation did they finally send me the instructions.

Lokacija/20min iki katedros. Parkingas Saba Plaza de Armas apie 10min/2paros kainavo 65€.

Nustebino, kad niekur nebuvo paminėta apie tik mums priklausiančią WC ir dušo patalpą rasime ne apartamento kambaryje , o atskiroje šalia esančioje patalpoje/ypač nepatogu buvo nakties metu/. Tai sužinojome tik atvykę. Virtuvė yra bendroje erdvėje. Nesmagu buvo išmesti maisto produktus dėl neveikiančio šaldytuvo. Kondicionavimo sistema yra bendra visiems kambariams su valdymo pultu koridoriuje. Ganėtinai triukšminga.
