Beautiful rooms, good location, friendly staff plus a pool and two cats!!

The entrance does not open without a key. Call the number on the door to let them know you have arrived to check in.

"Kind host and prettiest hotel in Merida"

Such a pretty hotel! We loved the stay. The room was big, well equipped and clean. It was very quiet. It has a pool and kitchen and living room you can use. The host was super kind definitely big recommendation!

The staff was horrible. There was no one there to open the door. We called a number. Would not let u in even to wait in the lobby. Was screaming and rude to us and other guests when we arrived. Horrible experience. We canceled our reservation and booked another hotel. Worst experience of our trip.

"Great small hotel"

Beautiful old house, big comfy bed, great AC unit and reliable hot water. Juan Carlos was very friendly and attentive, I felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Would be really nice to have coffee available in the morning.

La decoración y la ubicación

No había luz en el baño de la habitación tuve que conectar una de las lámparas de la habitación y había muchas hormiguitas que rondaban por toda la habitación.

Es un lugar bellísimo con muebles hermosos de estilo colonial, muy cerca del centro con la ubicación perfecta para ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad, Mike y Juan Carlos, excelentes personas y muy atentos...
