The people working there were very kind and the owner especially is a very nice person: there are a lot of books and movie posters and it was cool to discuss with her about literature. She also helped us with the map and more technical things. Every morning she made us a "Chinese omelette" that was very good! Generally speaking the place is very cozy and the cat living there is a little prince that sneaked into our room for a bit when we opened the door (we did nothing to prevent it ehehe) and it was very cute and nice. Everything is very clean and cozy, we would have loved to stay more!

Everything was excellent. In addition, the owner was very welcoming and provided us with all tourist information we needed.

It locates at a quiet area, but the bus stop is not far away. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

I like the location. But just want you to know that it’s not at the shopping area and needs to take buses or taxi to the subway stations.

Really charming place with friendly hosts (and an adorable cat). Spacious, comfortable room with nice vibes. Tasty and filling breakfast (loved the osmanthus tea too). Good value for money. Good location close to the scenic area, with restaurants nearby.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. It is located close to a wonderful lake. The lady who manages the hotel is nice and kind. Recommended.

The breakfast can be improved.

The location is really next door to the West lakes in Hangzhou, and there are restaurants in the vicinity. The owners were very kind and helpful. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8) and the room was perfect for us. There are also plenty of taxis and buses going from there to the city center which is quite close.

We like the breakfast which provided by host, sample breakfast but delicious and healthy. the location of these home stay are close to West Lake by walking distance. The entrance is the tourist bus station and normal bus station is just 150m away from hotel.
