Beautiful setting in the jungle and mountains. Quiet and serene. A good break from the busy areas on Koh Chang. Amazing food, best panang curry of my life.

Definitely need a moto to arrive. Decent beaches are a bit far away.

Very remote hippie quirky vibes. You’ll feel like a proper backpacker here. On the quiet side of the island - at the end of a very long and bumpy driveway. The accommodation was very basic but beautiful at the same time! If you can’t handle camping level basics, cold showers, creepy crawlies in your room, uncomfortable bed, no aircon then don’t come here. However if youre not such a wimp then this place is an absolute gem. I would definitely come back here if visiting Koh Chang again - such good value for money and exceptionally lovely host! The hoster is amazing, provided us everything we asked, very warm and kind person, cooked nice breakfast every morning. The location is great, far from main streets but quite and has quite good road to achieve it, but you will definitely need a scooter here.

We stayed at the cotage house with air condicioner for 6 days, and it was okay, but I feel like this place needs a little bit of love, you can realy make it cozier a little bit. Although the price and quality ratio is not bad.

Great location to get away from everything and quiet. Very nice host who cooked very tasty food for us the first night. Breakfast was good and helpful to organise motorbike hire.

If you are looking for a VERY remote retreat (or a place to hide) this is your spot. Completely tucked away IN the jungle. You really feel like you are sleeping in the jungle, which has its beauty and experience for sure. The host who owns and runs the property is extremely kind, warm and positive. She is an amazing cook as well! She made us a local dish and a great breakfast on her porch. It really feels like staying at someone’s home rather than a bed and breakfast. Most people who were staying there seemed to be staying for awhile. Definitely an experience, and feels very authentic to Koh Chang. She also offered us a ride across the island in her car for a small price which was great.

The first thing we noticed was it was NOT where it was on the booking map. We were hoping for a place across from the beach, and this was well into the jungle, at the end of a very very bumpy dirt road (Indiana Jones style). But if you want to be in the remote jungle, this is the perfect spot. Sadly, there was mold on the ceiling of our room. Not the cleanest. There were some mosquitos (as expected). Her dog isn’t very welcoming, barks a lot, but not dangerous. If you have an aversion to dogs, I would say not the place for you. Overall, it’s hard to be negative because the host is so sweet and accommodating, but we wish we knew all of this before booking as it’s not easy to get in and out of.
