I booked homebar for 5days but ended staying there allmost 7weeks,love this place in the middle of pure nature. Kang is really good host and person, so happy all the time and good cook! Allready miss her food. Enver allso make really tasty pizza-buffet and kebab! Had so nice time here that when I come back to the Island, this is the place im gonna be. Thanks for everything, see you :)

I had a wonderful time at Homebar. I really needed peace and silent and found all of that and more at homebar. Kang is an excellent host and she cook very good. I recommend Homebar to every natuur lover.

Great food.

Awesome place in a forest, with a nice host and delicious and plentiful food. I liked that this side of the island felt a lot more peaceful and natural compared to the west side, especially at Homebar. I stayed in the one person bedroom in the main building. It was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. No mosquito’s. Toilet/shower is clean and good as well, yet located at a short distance in the garden. Some small, peopleless beaches and a free waterfall are nearby, as well as a very good and well-priced restaurant a little bit north of Homebar, on the main road, called Ban Chor Chamuang. All in walking distance (around 3 km?) and worth checking out. There’s a small food store directly at the main road as well. The owner picked me up at the pier, which is cheaper than the songthaew taxi’s offered me, so you might have a look at that when you decide to stay.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature. Warm and welcoming staff makes you feel part of the family.

Thin walls in the room cause a loss of privacy.

It's not clean. It's messy. Difficult to find a taxi, and the car expensive cost .

Frozen 1 slice pizza from 7 Eleven for 160 baht? Joke !

Bed bugs ! Room with big holes in the wall, could see and hear neighbour. This place is a trash. Not real pictures. Garbage all over the place, broken toilets just outside the door. The double room ???? Is a single room , the walls are from simple wood boards, you will see and hear your neighbour. Like your neighbour sleeping on your lap! No fan all kinds of creatures. No near beach, no store, nothing. Good for people who are on high to trash out. I do not know how Booking.com let this to be booked ??? The pictures are not the same with reality.

A truly beautiful experience in the jungle. Puts everything materialistic into perspective We don't need much to be happy - somewhere to sleep, water and food is all that's necessary. Above all, the kindness and warmth shown by Gang was incredible. She made us so welcome.
